This extraordinary Sagaponack compound is located in the heart of the Hamptons, just 5 minutes from the ocean beach, on 9 acres of secluded, lush and lavish landscape. Drive down the private 2,000 foot driveway that leads to Tennis, a Koi Pond with stream and waterfall containing over 200 exotic Koi fish, bullfrogs, turtles, a 1/4 acre outdoor playground , a 55ft gunite infinity-edge heated pool with waterfall, a 12 person 7x 5ft deep Cedar soaking therapy tub overlooking the pool area, 8 lounge chairs w/ umbrellas, outdoor grill area, an 18 foot mahogany picnic table, and a double fire pit lounge. There’s a new outdoor sauna, new outdoor sun beds two media rooms, a gym, cardio theater, billiard lounge, outdoor ping pong, pool table, outdoor foosball, and so much more. The farmhouse has many services available from daily maid services, private chef, massage therapy, tennis instruction and even a personal driver.
As you enter the farmhouse through the solid cypress front door you will feel its rustic nature as you walk on the 200 year old reclaimed barn wood floors. The interior is designed as a modern rustic farmhouse. All appliances and fixtures are of professional grade. The house has antiques throughout. It offers 8 flat screen tv's, one in every room, they are equipped with Amazon Firesticks as well as wireless internet throughout the house. The main living area also features like Nyrius led wi-fi lighting allowing you to choose any color lighting as well as dim level - all controlled from your smartphone.
JUST A REMINDER THE POOL DOES HEAT TO YOUR DESIRED TEMPERATURE AND DISCRETION BUT THE COST TO HEAT THE POOL IS AN EXTRA CHARGE THAT YOU WILL INCUR AFTER CHECK OUT AND A METER READING IS DONE.
Check in is always after 4 pm and checkout is 10 am UNLESS discussed prior to booking with the owner! Check out and check in is subject to change depending on other rentals. If no one is checking in after you we can discuss a later check out but if a rental is booked then it will go back to 10AM.
We have a brand new 700 sf pergola that contains a living area, firepit lounge, and oversized mahogany picnic table in front of ambient lit waterfall. This structure can be open to sky or closed with semi-transparent curtains creating a heated windproof and waterproof area year round. The area also has dimmable lighting, music and coming soon a 200 inch projection screen.
We also offer private luxury boat charters for bachelorette parties, birthdays, scenic sunset cruises, and have an afternoon in the cove with rafts, paddle boards, and kayaks and other water sports and water toys.

Summary: We stayed here with 10 adults and 5 children under 11. This house is nothing short of magical, from the moment you pull into the long driveway. The property is just magnificent. The house is charming and perfect for a big group. The grounds are amazing and there is so much to do for everyone. There’s the pool, the barrel hot tub, tennis, basketball, the outdoor movie screen, saunas , pool table, the list just goes on and on. We had the best time, we never had to leave the property! And Michael! What an amazing host, so accommodating and friendly. We absolutely loved everything about our trip here. If you’re thinking of booking this house, let this be your sign to do it!

Summary: Our experience was wonderful! Michael was ultra responsive from the moment we first reached out to book and through our entire stay (I’m talking immediate responses to everything) The check-in was super informative, and quite fun too because Michael has great energy. As for the house, what a labor of love! It is very well kept, and very comfortable to spend time in. There are SO many small details that have been considered, which make your experience better without you even realizing it. The grounds are pretty magical too - stunning garden, trails, tennis court, koi fish pond (with moving water, so no mosquitos), outdoor sauna, teak hot tub, pool… and the list goes on. My kids adventured all over the place every day. The main house is well-stocked (feels like you are staying at an actual person's house, but with zero clutter), and all the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The cottage (above garage) is close enough to the house that the person staying there feels they are part of the group, all while having their own space. The whole house feels that way, actually - always connected, but with your own space. It’s also a biohacker’s dream; IR sauna, gym, red light panels, outdoor sauna. Location is almost perfect - 10 mins from ocean, 10 mins from Sag, 6 mins from Bridge, 30 from Amagansett (“almost” bc you do get a few planes that fly overhead sometimes, but not in a bothersome way.) We all agreed that we'd happily come back here any/all the time. Thanks again :)
